Can exhibitors attend convention sessions?


In order to attend convention sessions, you need to register separately as an attendee. Please contact Rivka Friedlander at rfriedlander@uscj.org or 646-519-9322 to register.




Can exhibitors register just for food?


Yes, exhibitors can register just for food. This entitles you to four meals (Sunday dinner, Monday breakfast and lunch, and Tuesday breakfast). Please contact Rivka Friedlander at rfriedlander@uscj.org or 646-519-9322 to register for meals only.




How do exhibitors get extra badges?


Additional badges are available for $99 per person. Please contact Rivka Friedlander at rfriedlander@uscj.org or 646-519-9322 for more information.




What are the shipping instructions for things to arrive in time for the Exhibitor village opening Sunday at noon?


Exhibitors can ship materials to the hotel directly. When you arrive Sunday morning for set up, just call shipping in the hotel to retrieve your boxes.




How do exhibitors book rooms at the hotel?


You can book your room here or call the hotel directly at 617.532.4600.




When will Exhibitor Village Setup and Breakdown take place?


Setup will be from 9am - 12pm on Sunday, December 8th. And breakdown will be from 12pm - 3pm on Tuesday, December 10th.
